• Delivering large, complex SaaS assessment and implementation programs while applying proven methodologies and tools to simplify and accelerate successful results for our clients.
• Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.
• Solve Problems, and unique business challenges for our clients
• Keep up to date with new technologies, specifically those around Web Development, Mobile Web Development, Responsive UI/UX and real-time data validation.
• Lead the implementation process and act as the primary customer contact.
• Engage clients to develop Needs Analysis, Project Implementation Plan, Training and Best Practices.
• Function as primary customer contact or questions regarding software usage and functionality throughout the implementation phase.
• Support clients as they go Live.
• Engage with internal team (consultants & developers) on adhoc projects
• Manage client expectations throughout projects
• Identify prospect needs, scope engagements and create proposals
• Driving analysis, design and implementation planning for proof of concepts, pilots, and full SaaS implementations.
• Advising clients on the impacts of SaaS adoption to their governance and operating models and helping client plan for and/or implement change.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and/or Social Selling Solutions
• Business consulting and analysis experience. Project Management background would be an asset
