  • SAP knowledge is a MUST
  • SAP Solution Manager and WorkSoft knowledge is a plus for this position.
  • Strong Testing Experience, Develop and Manage Test Plans & Executions in all Phases (i.e. Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, etc.)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint experience is required
  • Consumer goods industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - must work effectively with many different resources
  • Ability to manage & drive testing tasks effectively as opposed to strictly monitoring progress
  • Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working with project stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to communicate testing status, issues and risks at a detailed / tactical level as well as a summary / executive level
