Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with teammates on a wide variety of projects to improve the effectiveness of business decisions through the use of data and predictive modeling
  • Works with teammates to ensure project objectives are established and met
  • Uses and learns a wide variety of tools and languages to achieve results (e.g. SAS, Python, Visual Basic)
  • Communicates findings to team and leadership to ensure models are well understood and incorporated into business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics)
  • Demonstrated intermediate coding experience in at least one language
  • Both creative, and focused to solve coding tasks under entrepreneurial conditions
  • High level of intellectual curiosity – wants to know “how things work” and demonstrates those behaviors to research and answer one’s own questions
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Hard-working, diligent, and eager to learn in an intellectual, collaborative environment
  • Strong GPA and SAT/ACT/GRE scores
